Our Members will offer safe, rewarding & enjoyable treatments. Checkasalon only allow the best in the industry to become members, stamping out dangerous unqualified therapists offering uninsured treatments.
Our Vetting & Check System
Currently we are unable to visit salons due to covid 19. All listing are from recommendations, PPE equipment should be worn at all times. Insurance & qualifications are necessary to be listed. If however it comes to our knowledge that a listing isn’t insured, qualified & have not completed a covid 19 certificate, the listing will be removed & reported to their local council office.
Checkasalon will not be held responsible for false information given to be listed on the Safe Salon finder.
Step 1 - Interviews to be held when safe to do so.
Our aim is to build a trusting relationship with both clients and listed members. We will, in future months visit salons listed during covid & carry out spot checks.
Step 2 - Fully Qualified, Insuranced & Covid Certified
All members ensure us they hold up to date insurance & COVID 19 certificates and are fully qualified.
Step 5 - Health & Safety
Health & Safety certificates are essential for all salons, clinics & spas. If a treatment involves piercing the skin, a clinical waste certificate must cover the premises to prevent cross contamination of blood borne viruses. Salons ensure us these are in place.
Step 6 - References
We accept referrals as references & monitor all client feedback forms. Feed back forms enable Checkasalon to give all members a star rating.
